Problem I have with this channel and the agency responsible for it is YOU don't work in these facilities. All these videos and safety guidelines everywhere are written by people that don't actually have a quota or deadline to meet, or a serious job that people still expect you to do fast. It's super easy for the government to come in and criticize the facility when they spend their days in fancy tax payer funded suits, cars, and buildings. YOU come into the facility, and let's see how easy any of these jobs are.

Given it was an old bomb shelter, they could have just thrown a flare into it , and backed away. The fireworks would have disposed of themselves, like they did. Then sweep out the ash/debris. Or they could have just set them off normally at military firing/explosives range, there are many in Ha. (Thrown a free fireworks show maybe) eliminating all the extra work, cost, and added danger of disassembling and soaking them in diesel only to set them on fire.

Obviously it's b******* how could investigators find any evidence when the building was completely destroyed? Nothing left absolutely every break possible sent to the "space", how could they tell who's guilty whose fault? How could they tell that the fault is workers?

The best thing to do is to make sure that you don’t have any conflicting chemicals in the same area- Besides making it very hard to do the wrong thing. As an administrator, or someone responsible, you have to assume that anything in the same area can and will interact. Regardless.

This is why everything needs to be clearly labeled, have alarms, have good practices, and there needs to be an independent, isolated AI to help the people present and in control rooms.
